BIOGRAPHY
Started out as a chef at a five-star hotel. Quit job to form Akshaya Trust in 2003, which has served 1.2 million meals to India’s homeless and destitute. Akshaya struggles monetarily but continues nonetheless. Trying to create Akshaya Home, a refuge for the homeless.
